認識Rachel已三 年多了, 當時小女自出生就有斜頸問題,
要每星期數日返醫院物理治療部做治療。初時是由另一位治療師負責小女的個案, 後來該治療師調到別的部門,
Rachel見小女的斜頸情況較嚴重, 主動要求接手治療。嬰兒斜頸的個案在該院特別多, 每位病患每次平均約做半小時治療,
為求能盡力幫助每位小朋友, 幾乎每天都佔用了自己中午用膳的時間, 亦在所不辭, 此無私的精神, 令人感動。
Rachel後來離開服務多年的醫院，尋求進一步的事業發展及進修，同樣作為孩子的媽媽, 對於我們這些仍受斜頸困擾的家庭,
身同感受, 仍不忘的給予我們的關心及治療方面的指導。 小女的斜頸問 題現己是大致上康復了,
與Rachel長時間的給予在治療方面的指導及意見是分不開的。

Our son Haydn received treatment from Rachel Chan for
several months until we recently left Hong Kong to return to
the UK. Haydn suffers from Cerebal Diplegia which affects
his gross motor skills; predominately his walking. Rachel
has been absolutely amazing with Haydn, she is a caring,
friendly, extremely professional and knowledgeable lady.
Haydn has improved greatly in the time he has spent with
Rachel and for that we are so grateful. She has constantly
looked for the best options available, going out of her way
to find out additional information. When needed Rachel has
contacted consultants, doctors and equipment specialists
enabling Haydn to have the best care. She has always kept us
informed with her findings and what she felt was best for
Haydn. We are extremely sad to not be able to continue our
son's care with Rachel, we will all miss her dearly and
would not hesitate to get back in touch if we were to return
to Hong Kong...THANK YOU RACHEL.
